This kit was born of our New Year’s tradition of choosing a “word of the year.” A word of the year can help you define your goals, give your life a bit of focus, and help you in your decision-making. For example, Rachel’s word this year is “Start.” She chose this word because, historically, she has found it a tiny bit challenging “to commence to begin to start,” as Sarah’s granny used to say.
