Our Topic:
Pictures of friends make such terrific layouts. They have friendly faces, they do silly things for us, and they naturally go with bright colors and polka dots. This week we decided to create a layout of some our favorite pictures of friends over the years.
Your Challenge:
Print up some fun pictures of the friendlies on your life and scatter them artfully throughout the pockets of your layout.
Design:
We used the polka dot side of the Brights DSP. Because polka dots are so spirited and busy, we offset our pictures by matting them with with Whisper White Cardstock. The we used the Sophisticated Serifs stamp set to spell out “FRIENDS” in our brights colors (Real Red, Tangerine Tango, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Daffodil Delight and Rich Razzleberry) and just popped them into the corners of those pockets. And, once again, we used the Collections and LetterGlow apps to create our calendar.
