Today we want to offer THREE new ways to use the Stampin’ Up! Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies, proving, once and for all, that this die set is the most versatile die set on the planet.

OPTION #1:
THE BOX BAG

For this bag, you will need two pieces of DSP cut by the biggest die in the set.
Then, you simply score at 1/2” on each piece, trim off the tabs, fit the pieces together and adhere.
For the bottom, cut a 4-5/8” x 1-5/8” piece, scoring the ends at 1/2” and snip out an angle on the corners thusly:
Now, it takes a 6”x12” sheet to cut the sides of this bag, so that means, for the bottom, you have 3 options, depending on your personality type:	If you are a “I-hate-to-cut-into-a-perfectly-good-DSP-half-sheet” kind of person, then you might want to use a piece of coordinating cardstock for the bottom. If you, on the other hand, are a “I-have-to-have-the-bottom-of-the-bag-match-the-sides” kind of person, you will want to cut into that second half of DSP for the bottom of your bag. If you are a “I’m-complex-and-profound-and-can-hold-both-of-these-opinions-at-the-same-time” kind of person, buy more DSP.

OPTION #2:
THE PAPER STACK BAG

If you would like to make a bag from one of the beautiful SU! paper stacks, you will notice, at first look, that the sheets seem to be too small.  Rubbish!

You just need to cut 3 pieces, positioning your paper thusly:	Trim stack paper to 4-1/2″ x 6″ Cut one piece with the larger die butted right up to the edge of the larger area of the die. Cut the other piece with the smaller die butted right up to the edge of the larger die and cover the small die and the smaller area of the larger die with your stack paper. (This will result in a partial piece in the smaller area of the larger die.)
And adhering thusly:
Voilà! A cute Mini Treat Bag from paper stack paper.

OPTION #3:
THE MINI BAG
WITH THE SQUARE BOTTOM
or BAGALOPE

Whoa! Hold the phone! That’s right—we are telling you that you can create a squared bottom on the standard treat bag.

You just score the paper at 1/2” (sides and bottom) and snip the base thusly:
And then tuck those flaps inside the bag.  So easy! So cute!
