Welcome to our first post of 2015. Here at Finders Keepers, we just love fresh, new beginnings. Sarah is planning on making this the Year of the Clean Drawers and Closets and has a plan for getting those catch-alls of clutter finally and completely squared away. Rachel is going to tackle her crafting spaces and make them peaceful and orderly once and for all.
We would like to offer this booklet for recording monthly goals to all of you as a thank you for being fabulous and supportive and just plain fun.

Also, in the name of love and friendship, we offer you this fabulous Rachel Stelzer original design in the form of a wallpaper for your computer.
And, now to our latest fun and crafty event: Sarah’s annual Holiday Open House. Sarah invites family and friends each year to enjoy her (overly?) decorated house and some wholesome, home-cooking. This year we had a few dozen of our favorite peeps stop by to enjoy the soup bar. Sarah made 5 soups this year, which are served from crock pots and into many, many coffee mugs.
There is also an hors d’oeuvres bar, a dessert bar and, of course, a good, old fashioned bar bar.
So we all ate soup and goodies, had long talks, took family pictures in front of the tree, played with wind up toys and laughed a whole lot.
And, before we sent people home, everyone took a pass by the candy buffet.
Since some of you couldn’t make it, we are including 4 of the the recipes Sarah used this year, on recipe cards she designed in MDS, using the Made from Scratch digital papers and embellishments. Enjoy! (Note from Sarah: Most of these soups I have adapted and changed so much over time that I no longer have a source for them, but I have listed a source when I was able to.)
