Here at Finders Keepers, we are having a bit of a love affair with Bullet Journaling. (If you are new to this really cool, listing kind of planning, check it out here. ) And, as anyone who has searched for Bullet Journals on Pinterest can attest, bullet journaling can be incredibly beautiful, as well as practical.
It all begins with a notebook of some kind. (We love this Moleskine with the dot grid and this Traveller’s Notebook in particular, but any old notebook will do.) The first few pages are taken up with an index, but the pages that follow can literally be anything you need them to be.
(We have offered lots of visual inspiration below, and have done our best to credit our sources. Sometimes, as you may have noticed, orphan pictures drift around on the Interwebs.)

weekly layouts
There are really fun, lifestyle types of layouts, like:
books you have read/would like to read
movies and tv shows you have seen or would like to see
restaurants you would like to try
things you are grateful for
Other layouts (known as habit trackers) can be more for your own enjoyment or growth, such as:
meal planning and nutrition
exercise and weight loss
water and vitamins
therapy and wellness
sleep
